Once you express intent, to book we will discuss a mutually agreed upon date and time slot. Appointments are reserved with a signed agreement and retainer. I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for newborn and maternity sessions, as availability is limited and dates fill quickly. Pricing includes session, professional editing of your images, online digital image online. Print products are purchased separately, allowing you to choose what best fits your family and your home. Because every session is unique, pricing details are shared after you inquire. I’m always happy to walk you through the options and help you select a collection that feels comfortable and meaningful.

I do not offer raw or unedited images. The images you receive are fully edited, reflect my signature style and attention to detail. Editing is an essential part of the creative process and ensures your final gallery is consistent, polished, and ready to be enjoyed.

Session times vary depending on the session type. Most sessions are about an hour and are designed to feel efficient, comfortable, and unrushed. Newborn sessions typically last between 90 minutes and up to 3 hours to allow time for feeding, soothing, and a relaxed, baby-led pace. Specific timing details are always discussed during booking so you know exactly what to expect.

The number of images you receive depends on the type of session you book. Newborn sessions offer a variety of collection options, which are explained in detail during the booking process. For most other sessions, standard collections include 10 professionally edited digital images delivered as high-resolution JPEGs in an online gallery. After viewing your proofs, you’ll have the option to purchase additional digital image collections if you wish. I prefer for you to see and fall in love with your images before deciding to invest on a larger collection, so you can choose what feels right for you.

Absolutely. I believe a session isn’t complete without prints, albums, and beautiful artwork for your walls. I offer professional-quality prints and custom products designed to help you enjoy your images beyond the screen. Your online gallery makes it easy to order prints and artwork. I’m always happy to guide you in selecting pieces that work beautifully in your home. While digital images are perfect for sharing and archiving, printed photographs ensure your memories are preserved and enjoyed for generations.

I understand that life happens, especially with growing families. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability. In the case of illness, weather concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, flexibility is always prioritized. Specific policies regarding cancellations and retainers are outlined in your booking agreement so everything is clear and transparent.

I photograph in-home newborn sessions throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and select areas of Queens. Because these sessions take place in your home, travel is always part of the experience. For outdoor family, maternity, and milestone sessions, I primarily work in western Nassau County parks and beaches I know extremely well. These locations are carefully chosen for beautiful light, easy access, and minimal distractions — many do not require permits, allow pets, and offer straightforward parking. While I’m open to traveling to other areas when possible, working in familiar locations allows me to focus entirely on you and your family rather than navigating unfamiliar terrain. This helps ensure a relaxed experience and makes the most of our time together. Of course if you have a location of mine, that is special to you, let me know!

In-home sessions are reserved for newborn photography, where your home environment is an essential part of the experience. For most other sessions, I typically do not photograph in homes. Many homes simply don’t have the space needed for lighting equipment and backdrops, and outdoor areas — while wonderful for entertaining — often present challenges for photography such as limited space, visible utility lines, or distracting backgrounds. My focus is always on creating polished, professional images that you’ll be proud to display. Choosing locations that photograph beautifully allows me to maximize our time together and deliver a cohesive, elevated final gallery. Naturally there are exceptions to every rule.
